The Iowa Hawkeyes put together what was probably their best game of the season on Saturday, a 22-0 win over Rutgers.

Brown takes a screen pass, breaks a tackle and waltzes into the end zone to give Iowa a 22-0 lead after the extra point.
That'll just about seal this one.

Gavin Wimsatt overthrows his intended pass-catcher and the ball falls into the hands of QuinnSchulte, who returns the ball 39 yards to get down to the Rutgers 10-yard line.

Iowa up to a 15-0 lead after a 24-yard field goal from Stevens, his third of the afternoon.
Still a two-score game, but man it does not feel like the Rutgers offense can do anything against the Iowa defense today.

After a three-and-out and a punt from Rutgers, the Hawkeyes take over at midfield. A TD will put this game away. A FG and it's still a two-score game, though a wildly unlikely comeback would have to take place for that to matter.

The first touchdown of the day for either team gives the Hawkeyes a 12-0 lead at the start of the fourth quarter. This one was a four-yard run from Jaziun Patterson. The 2-point conversion was originally ruled good, a pass from Deacon Hill to Kaleb Brown. But upon review, it was overturned, Brown was short of the goal line on the try.
This game also marks the first time all season the Hawkeyes have thrown for 200+ yards. Hill has 203 on the afternoon.

Big play on that drive was a 54-yard strike from Deacon Hill to Zach Ortwerth, it was Ortwerth's first career catch and he was WIDE open behind the Rutgers defense.

After a few productive plays to get out of the shadow of their own end zone, Deacon Hill fires it too strong and it bounces off the wideout's hands. That brought up a punt.
